As the main Retail Trainer, Elaine aligns herself with Kensington Bank’s core values, ensuring that each customer’s financial needs are met with precision and care. Whether guiding clients through savings, checking, or long-term investment options, Elaine is dedicated to making banking accessible and efficient.

Elaine is an active contributor to the Training Initiative and Cokato FUN Committees, embodying a positive and collaborative work ethos that starts at the leadership level and permeates throughout the organization.

Beyond her professional commitments, Elaine is deeply engaged in her community. Her involvement in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, from singing in the choir to leading music at mass, reflects her commitment to community service. Additionally, she serves on the prayer team for Revive Women’s Ministry and volunteers annually at the Winstock Country Music Festival, a fundraiser for Holy Trinity Catholic School.

On a personal note, Elaine’s commitment to excellence extends to her fitness pursuits, biking 500-600 miles each summer for the past five years.
