Ben’s played a pivotal role at Kensington Bank since September 2021 blending banking expertise with a deep commitment to community service. #kensingtoncares, for him, means crafting lasting positive change through dedicated service.
Commencing his banking journey in 2007 at a national giant, Ben now serves as Ag/Commercial Lender and Ag Banking Sales Manager at Kensington Bank. He values the bank’s principles: customer respect, employee appreciation, work/life balance, and unwavering community dedication.
Ben actively contributes to Kensington Bank’s initiatives, serving on the Marketing Committee, and as the Community Leader for the Willmar Branch.
Outside banking, Ben dives into community involvement—volunteering with the Willmar Rotary Club, BankIn MN Ag Committee, coaching baseball and football for MACCRAY, and managing finances as Treasurer for the Immanuel Lutheran Church Endowment Committee. He’s a key player in the Clara City Prairie Fest Committee.
