Starting as a Teller in Cokato, Justin has held pivotal positions such as Personal Banker, Retail Coordinator, and Business Specialist, now serving as the VP of Operational Excellence.

Beyond the professional realm, Justin is a dedicated family man, sharing his life with his wife, Amanda, and their children. Family time at the cabin or embarking on trips together stands as their favorite pastime. Justin’s passion for the outdoors finds expression whenever he manages to carve time between family commitments, work, and his role in the fire department.
